A: New Deliveries™ is committed to providing heirloom quality products of impeccable style and durability. Our banners are made to last! Banners are made from an industrial strength, premium-grade, tear resistant vinyl. Our printers use only weather-resistant UV inks and come standard with double-stitched hemmed edges for outdoor durability, as well as industrial grade grommets.
Our banners are designed by an award-winning designer and artist. Banners are designed in unique, modern, and stylish patterns that are versatile and complement any décor. Banners can be used not only for announcing your baby, but displayed as a beautiful addition to baby’s nursery or bedroom.
Q: Are your Banners guaranteed?
A: Yes. Our Banners are guaranteed against fading and material defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Q: How long can I expect my banner to last?
A: Depending on the amount of UV light the banners are exposed to when hung, our banners are fade resistant for up to 2 years outdoors and up to 20 years indoors.
Q: You mention that guests can sign a personal message on the banner. What writing instruments do you recommend and how long do the messages last?
A: Sharpie® permanent markers work well for signing messages on our banners. Please be aware that over time, Sharpie® markers will fade from the banner. The more UV light it is exposed to, the faster it will fade.
Q: Do the hanging materials New Deliveries™ provides work for larger doors?
A: Hanging materials work for most standard-sized doors (approximately 36” x 80”). Exceptionally large doors would need additional material for hanging, which are not provided. New Deliveries™ can provide additional hanging materials in this situation for an additional fee. Contact customer service at 630-863-6349 for more information.
Q: Do the hanging materials New Deliveries™ provides work for sliding glass doors?
The hanging materials provided with your banner will not work on sliding glass doors. We recommend using the Power Lock® suction! ™ suction hooks from interDesign®. The hooks are available in small sizes, and sold in packages of two (four hooks total will be needed for your banner). This product works well to hold your banner on glass and other smooth surfaces, but is not recommended for painted surfaces. Please refer to the company’s literature for use and disclaimers. It is not recommended for strong wind conditions.

Q: Where can banners be sent?
A: Anywhere in the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping charges and processing time. Shipping prices and times will automatically be adjusted on the order page. For international shipping, please contact customer service at 630-863-6349.

Q: Why do I have to obtain a copyright release and permission if a professional photographer took the picture that I intend to upload?
Professional photographers, as a general rule, retain the copyright in the photos they take. In order to use the photos, you must inquire with your photographer as to their policy regarding a copyright release and permission to use the photos in the cards you select. You must obtain their release and permission to use the photos prior to submitting your image.

Q: Where are rented storks available?
A: Stork Sign Rentals are available in most Du Page County and Southwestern Cook County, Illinois locations. Additional areas available. Call 630-863-6349 for details.
Q: I've never ordered a stork yard sign before and would like to know the protocol for ordering the sign, is it ordered by the parents or are they ordered as gifts from family and friends, and when is it usually ordered?
Parents or other close family members and friends typically order the stork while the mother and baby are still in the hospital so that the stork is there to welcome mom and baby home. Others wait until the baby has arrived home to order the stork.
To ensure the availability of your stork, reservations in advance can be made by calling customer service.
Q: Why do stork yard signs have to be ordered by phone rather than ordered online?
Due to the nature of a yard sign, New Deliveries wants to ensure proper placement and availablity of your stork. In order to do this is it necessary to speak to a customer representative.
